What is the minimum rental period? [arriba]
The minimum rental period is one day (24h).
We offer the possibility to rent our industrial vehicles for a period of 6 hours only at our main office in Vilanova i la Geltrú.
How many kilometers can I do? [arriba]
Vehicle mileage will vary depending on the vehicle, days and rate selected. When you make the request for reservation you can see the kilometers that are included in the rent duration. If you have any questions you can contact with us and we will be glad to attend you .
When do you apply the unlimited mileage rate? [arriba]
Mileage rate will be applied to rents higher than 4 days.
Which deposit must be left to remove the vehicle? [arriba]
The deposit is 400€ and is made only by credit card..
What kind of license I need to drive the vehicle? [arriba]
All our vehicles are driven with B1 license.
At what age can be driven a car with Vila-Rent? [arriba]
Since 23 years and 2 years having the driven license.
Who can drive the car? [arriba]
In principle, the driver of the car must be the person who is named driver of the vehicle in our rent contract, because this person will be the responsible of the car. Failing this, the driver will be the person who made the rent.
Can I drive outside of Spain? [arriba]
Please, note that your insurance covers only in Spain, it is not allowed to drive out of Spain. There is the possibility of international insurance at an additional cost. You can ask that on the nearest office.
Which is considered commercial week? [arriba]
Commercial week is considered from Monday at 8:30h to Friday at 19h
Which is considered weekend? [arriba]
Our fee for weekend includes from Friday at 19h to Monday at 9h
What kind of insurance is included in the rent? [arriba]
The vehicle is insured to third parties with unlimited responsibility. You can get a full insurance at an additional cost. You can see that cost when you make the reservation on our website or by calling to our offices.
What damages are not covered by the insurance? [arriba]
- Damages to wheels, rims, glass, locks and the underside of the car
- Damages to third parties for negligence
- Lost or broken keys
- Damages to vehicle for negligence
- Supply of wrong fuel
Can I return the vehicle in another town? [arriba]
The return of the vehicle will be in the same office where the car was hired.
Can you bring me the vehicle at home? [arriba]
We offer this service free of charge from 4-day rental. To lower rentals, ask on our offices.
How can I do my reservation by phone? [arriba]
Just call to 938100714 where we will attend you from 8:30 to 19:30h.
How I have to do the payment of my reservation? Have I have to do any payment when I make the reserve by Internet? [arriba]
The payment of the rent is made at the time of removing the vehicle in our offices. You can pay with credit card or cash.
What I have to do if 24/48h after my request for reservation I have not received any confirmation? [arriba]
If you don’t receive any confirmation by email of phone, get in touch with us by phone.
What happens if I cancel my reservation? [arriba]
If the cancelation is made more than 48h before the delivery date of the vehicle, that has no cost to the customer.
